"I was the host (of the 93 Ace Awards) and I was up for The Search. Kathy and Mo won for their show, "Parallel Lives." So, for the rest of the evening, everytime there was any reference to a Kathy or a Mo, I made a point of it. For instance: KATHY Moriarty and Last of the MOhicans. It went on and on. I also said, "When Kathy and Mo were starting out in San Diego and used to come backstage and try to sit in my dressing room and idolize me, if I'd known they were going to end up here at the Ace Awards, competing for the same award on the same night with me, I would've sent them packing into the rainy alley from whence they came. I wore all that jewlery and fingernails and stuff and I think I had my mother call and say she liked it that I had dressed so feminine."
